Background

To achieve our North Star of abolition and collective liberation, Decarcerate KC aims to build a community safety platform through base-building and engaging in a thorough process of public engagement and research. Currently, we are in a phase of surveying members of the Kansas City community to better understand our community’s perception of public safety and vision for what could come next.

STREET TEAM
